General Information
- Daylight and ultra-violet responsive fluorescent ink base – free of mineral oils – for solvent based inks.
- A dyed/pigmented thermoplastic sulphonamide-melamine- paraformaldehyde carrier, dispersed in an alkyd resin.
Applications:
- Offset & letterpress inks.
Product features and benefits
- Highly viscous sub-micron ink base – free of mineral oils – which needs to be converted into finished offset ink. Adding 20% - 30% printing vehicles, driers and additives are necessary.
- Recommended for oxidation or heat-set drying ink formulations.
- Formulation with an UV curing system is possible.
- 16 bright colors, covering PMS 801 to 807.
- Compatible with conventional inks to enlarge the available color space to create new and brighter shades.
- Radglo® RBAG exhibit good lightfastness for indoor application, while the exterior lightfastness is rather limited.
